KEDA is a Kubernetes-based Event Driven Autoscaling component. It provides event driven scale for any container running in Kubernetes

Event-driven Kubernetes autoscaling, down to zero pods — KEDA lets Kubernetes workloads scale based on real event sources, including scaling to and from zero, by acting as a Kubernetes Metrics Server with custom resource definitions. It integrates natively with the Horizontal Pod Autoscaler, needs no external dependencies, and runs on cloud or edge clusters.
